The rooms here are modern and tidy, each equipped with a mini-fridge, AC, and key card access.

All front of house staff were very helpful especially the evening staff. Unfortunately the restaraunt was closed on the Sunday evening I was there but the evening staff were most helpful in getting me a take away deliveed to my room. As an English Lady on my own I was very happy they were so helpfull.

Modern hotel offering good services in a convenient location, featuring comfortable beds, spacious rooms with good ventilation, a pleasant restaurant located in the lobby, overall a perfectly pleasant stay with no complaints.

Did what it said on the tin! Clean, comfortable bed, efficient and reasonably priced. BTW, I neer recommend hotes or restaurants on principle

The shower had excellent pressur but the wall attch point was so low, it was useless as a shower.

Tram stop conveniently located across the street. Free wifi internet. The breads at the breakfast buffet were tasty, although a few more food items would have been nice.

The rooms could be more comfortable with a few more amenities like the ability to make a cup of tea or coffee in the room.

The rooms were spacious and well equipped, with comfortable beds and a nice terrace to enjoy. The location was fantastic, with easy access to public transportation right outside the hotel. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff who made our stay enjoyable.

Sadly, the breakfast had to be paid for separately, which was a bit of a disappointment.

The restaurant attached had very little to offer in the way of an evening meal, many items were not available, as we were there for opening time this was surprising. As there was nothing in the immediate vacinity we had to resort to rolls from the TOTAL garage. Very disappointing.

Thanks very much all for a pleasant stay of three nights. The staff was excellent plus the location was great. It was not too far away from Kebab Newfunk, serving fast food. It had good restaurant for dinner🙂

The staff at this hotel was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist with anything we needed. They even ordered a taxi for us, which arrived on time, making our stay more convenient. The rooms were well-decorated and had everything we needed, despite not being very big. The hotel's location, right next to the tram, allowed us to easily visit all the best locations in town.

All in all, our experience at this hotel was fantastic and there is nothing we would have wanted to be different.

we truly enjoyed the convenience of the standard double room, as well as a work desk, tea and coffee making equipment, and a tv etc. it was big size and easy to move around, functional bathroom.

The hotel was very clean, had great facilities, secure parking, and was conveniently located next to the tram that takes you to the city centre in just 10 minutes. the staff was very helpful, giving excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants, and ensuring that all requests were met.

All was good.

During our recent family trip, we had the pleasure of staying in a hotel near a tram line, making it easy to explore the city center. Though some staff members were not very helpful, the two short lady receptionists were friendly and accommodating. Despite being very basic, the facilities were clean, and the rooms were comfortable, with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. the location may have been far from some shops, but we found an outstanding pizza restaurant close by that solved our dining problems.

There were some issues with the bedding, specifically the plastic sheet used to protect the new beds from damage left me feeling wet and uncomfortable.

Had a fantastic three-night stay here. the location is spot on, right by the tram line! And don't even get me started on the amazing pizza place nearby - yum! Being so close to both the town center and the gorgeous local sights was super convenient 🍕.

I recently stayed at a hotel outside the city center on the tram line and had a great experience. the prices were unbeatable for the value you get. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel offered spacious rooms with basic amenities, including air conditioning, which was a lifesaver during the hot weather. Additionally, the location was convenient with a bus and tram stop right outside the building, providing quick access to the city center. The staff were also helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.
